Dream Hatch Labs LLC provides app development, acquisition / private equity activity, and related services through its operating brands. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any individual engagement are defined in a separate written agreement.

Acquisition Inquiries

Information shared in the context of a potential acquisition is non-binding and confidential. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to acquire any specific business. Acquisitions are subject to customary diligence, definitive documentation, and closing conditions.

All content on this website is owned by Dream Hatch Labs LLC. You may reference and link to it. You may not republish or resell it without written permission.

Client work

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of deliverables produced during app development engagements. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential techniques across engagements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our advice or deliverables.

Confidentiality

We treat all client and seller information shared during engagements or acquisition discussions as strictly confidential.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are defined in individual engagement agreements. Ongoing retainer engagements may be terminated by either party on 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
