How quickly will we see results?
The audit takes two weeks. A first build is usually live in four to eight weeks, and we measure it against the agreed target from the day it goes live.
Which tools can you connect to?
Anything with an API or a reliable export: Gmail and Outlook, HubSpot and Salesforce, Xero and QuickBooks, Zendesk, Slack, Google Sheets and most industry-specific systems. We check access during the audit.
How do you keep our data safe?
Each AI workflow gets only the access its task needs, and we use model providers' business APIs, which don't train on your data by default. Anything risky, such as sending money or messaging customers, goes through human approval.
What does the audit include?
Interviews with the people doing the work, a review of your tools and data, and a written report ranking your top AI opportunities by return, with a payback estimate and a 90-day roadmap.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the code, prompts, evals and documentation. You can run it yourselves, or keep us on a Managed AI retainer to keep improving it and add new results each quarter.
